基督教靈實協會憑著數十年的長者照顧及護理服務經驗，於2009年創立了TotalCare靈實全護通，為患有不同長期病患、中風、認知障礙症或自理能力下降的體弱長者，提供上門護理、日間中心及院舍轉介的一站式照顧服務，以配合不同長者的護理及復康需要，同時讓家人在照顧路上更輕鬆自在。
TotalCare靈實全護通秉持「以愛護理‧照顧無微」的理念，相信無微不至的愛心照護，可讓長者縱然體弱或患 病，亦能擁有優質美滿的生活，並對人生充滿盼望和喜樂。
採用靈實會徽的天藍色為主色，是朗日下、晴空中的一片淺藍色，象徵活力、盼望及喜樂，正好配合靈實的英文名稱Haven of Hope所含「滿有盼望的避難所」的意思，並象徵靈實的積極進取及專業精神。
以神所賜予的愛來服事所有服務使用者。
代表著「靈實全護通」希望為服務使用者提供全方位的護理照顧，按照他們身體的不同狀況而提供無微不至的服務。
